Sarvnaz is a dedicated lawyer who approaches each matter with compassion, empathy, and a focus on achieving practical solutions that reflect her clients’ goals and needs. She understands that family law disputes can be challenging and is committed to guiding her clients through the legal process while advocating for their interests.

Recognizing that no two families are alike, Sarvnaz tailors her approach to each client’s unique circumstances and advances their interests through negotiation, mediation, or litigation, as appropriate.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarvnaz practised at a boutique family law firm in Yorkville, Toronto, where she represented high-net-worth individuals in a range of complex and high-conflict family law disputes. She articled at a prominent full-service family law firm in Toronto, where she gained experience in litigation, negotiation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution. These experiences shaped Sarvnaz into a thoughtful and effective advocate with a strong foundation in both dispute resolution and litigation.

During law school, Sarvnaz served as a law mentor to fellow law students and participated in an initiative supporting individuals facing barriers to accessing justice. She also worked alongside a former Deputy Judge to publish a legal article, edit a novel, and develop an electronic precedent system designed to improve file efficiency.

Outside of her law practice, Sarvnaz enjoys high-intensity interval training and swimming. She is also fluent in Farsi.
