A close friend of mine hired David previously and highly recommended him. I can’t thank my friend enough for making that recommendation and I can’t thank David and his firm enough for their guidance, support and work on my behalf during a difficult time in my life. David quickly understood what was important to me and set about negotiating an agreement. Unfortunately, my ex and his lawyer were unreasonable, forcing us to have to go to Court. While Court is a stressful experience, walking into court with David by my side put me at ease, as he was prepared, articulate and forceful when needed. David was successful in getting a cost award against my ex and eventually a favourable settlement that allowed me to thankfully move on with my life. Since the conclusion of my case a few years ago, I have referred several people to David and they have all thanked me for the referral later.
